Aftermarket back-up camera?

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here, and I'm looking forward to being quite active in this community! I don't have much experience with cars, so forgive me if I may sound a bit confused. I just ordered (as a lease) a 2014 MINI Countryman. It's not going to be delivered for another few weeks, but I was wondering if anyone can help me out with an issue. One option that I love and that is missing from the car is a rearview/back-up camera. It has back-up sensors, but I've gotten quite used to driving cars that have a rearview camera. I was hoping I'd be able to find a solution to this quasi-problem. The car does has a navigation/display (MINI Connected).
I was wondering if anyone knew if I would be able to have an aftermarket camera installed? Would it be possible to do so without making any major alterations to the car, so that I would just remove the camera (leaving no evidence behind) before I return the car at the end of the lease? Thanks so much for the help!

I am installing a backup camera on my 2014 Pacemen S. There are five wires leading to the rear tail lamp housing. I am trying to verify which wire goes to the backup bulb and also the ground wire. Any clarification would be appreciated.

Folks who hook up trailers need a separate wiring harness for the trailers lights. They usually are accompanied with diagrams since the harnesses are somewhat specific by make/model. That would be a good place to start if no luck here....

We have the MINI Advanced Eye kit from Europe. It act like a Back up camera when it turned on. Also has a front camera, main unit. Universal set up from MINI. Has a liitle eye camera out the back and shows up in half the screen, pretty cool. In other countries its used for safety and video taping like Russia.
