It does in sport mode for sure.....

It's been really really really cold here, and I have noticed less pops
Could be my imagination too

I notice the exhaust doesn't pop right away but after a few good revs in sport mode.

Does not begin the popping process until the engine is at full operating temperature. Takes a good bit of time when it's very cold. I have a 2013 and it runs cooler by about 25*F in Sport mode so I always warm the car up all the way in regular mode because I feel like with the Chicago cold and the thermostat in sport mode, it'll never warm up. Spring anybody!?
