Been looking online and google searches and have only found the high mount gauge pods for the paceman... Any other options available for the gauge pod mounts on the paceman that you guys have run across ?

I just discovered ScanGaugeII... I might go this route as it's a cost effective solution for getting some good data from the ECU. Also has a custom Mini firmware you can order with it for boost pressure/AF Ratio/etc...

any thoughts on it other than it looks ugly and square?

For those that have this already, where and how did you mount it?

It really doesn't look "ugly and square". It's fairly small and thin and easy to place anywhere. There is a Craven mount for it that attaches it to the tach. I have a Countryman, and with mine, I just attached it to the left corner of the dash using the velcro it came with. It's easy to read, provides lots of info, and is not intrusive at all.

I suggest taking a look at an obd2 Bluetooth setup for your phone or Garmin GPS.

I use Garmin Mechanic ecoRoute HD with my GPS and have everything I could possibly want from engine data to voice command navigation.

I looked at the options and that looks pretty cool. I like the idea of it being wireless and bluetooth and I've seen the Kiwi devices before (on my S2000)... but it doesn't have the boost information that I'm looking for in the data for the PM... but that setup looks pretty flexible with the amount of different devices you can use... I use my phone for my GPS and music, so can't really use my phone for gauges =)
