CEL after Motor rebuild P2E1C... HELP PLEASE!!!!
Just rebuilt my motor... car won't start... finally threw a code.. P2E1C... I got a nasty coolant leak I gotta fix (I think I cracked the coolant pipe that goes from the water pump to the head when I was taking the head off so I'm confident thats were the leak is)... so... I have until then to figure out this engine code is and why the car won't start... Does anyone have a clue what this code is????

Forged internals, (just put in and haven't started car)
Hybrid turbo, (Just put in and haven't started car)
Everything needed to support it...
It probably has got something to do with me not hooking something up right I'm sure... I tried googling the code and I get nothing... Ill figure it out eventually I marked almost of the connections when I was taking the head off so I'm 95% sure that everything is hooked back up right... but it never hurts to ask you guys if you know what that code is... there is a lot of experience and knowledge well beyond mine floating around on this forum website.
OH!!!!! does anyone know why when I put my key in and hold the button to start it, it makes all the familiar "Im gonna start noises" however the motor doesn't crank... and I get the picture of a key on the gauges... not a picture of a key with a dash through it like the key isn't in the car... just a picture of the key... It is my belief that the picture of the key and the engine code are two separate problems (I threw an engine code day 2 of trying to get the car to start, and the key problem came well before that)
P.S. Ive been all over these forums, and I've seen a lot of crap.. There are a lot of people out there that just want to "Bash", put their 2 cents in, and not help... If you find yourself typing anything along those lines (you know who you are), Please stop, hold the delete button until you see nothing but white on your screen, and please go to the next thread and have a ball there... Leave me out of it... Im here for help, not your crap... lets keep this friendly and helpful...

Thank you for the reply!!!! I went to swap the water pump today and when i was taking the engine mount off to drop the motor for easier access i found that i missed a HUGE ground wire!!!! I feel Dumb!!!! its the size of a battery terminal!!!! Im down for a week till i get a few parts shipped in and then ill put it all back together and see if that fixed it!!!!
