Does any one have thoughts as to why this occurred?

 

I just logged into the Mini Owners Lounge. It took two tries though.


I noticed the MiniUSA web site also shuts down for occasional maintenance. Since the UK is 5 hours ahead of EST, they seem to shut it down around midnight UK time.

 

I know this is a little old, but figured i would throw it out there for you. Mini called me back in December to let me know that the Ol forums will be taken down and to look forward to something new and exciting they are working on in the future. No idea what that really means, but there is a new forum that was created by some of the very active members of the OL. if you're interested i could find the link and send it out.

 

The loss of the Owner's Lounge didn't seem to have a big impact on this forum, did it?

Some really nice folks on this board - were regulars in the Lounge before it went away... I have met and motored with a number of them and they're good fun to be around.

 

I haven't used the lounge since finding NAM.

Owners Lounge? First I've heard of it, but I'm new to Mini's. I tried a few forums before finding NAM and have pretty much stuck with this one.
