Im located in nc/sc, but travel a good bit for work.

Yes they are heated. Not sure on mirror cost. There was one I missed out on the other day. It was 50 shipped. So I'll do that

I was going to sell. The passenger is about a 7.5 out of 10

The driver the second seam in the seat. The stitching has come apart (not a tear) it's about 8 inches wide.
