Good place to buy Mini oil?

Just curious what oil you guys use for your Mini. (2008 Mini Cooper S is what I have). Looking to buy the Craven dipstick online, and was going to order some oil at the same time (obviously from a different website).

Manual says:
MINI High Performance Synthetic 5W-30 Oil (MINI part number 07 51 0 143 829). Other MINI's Long-life rating LL-01 Approved Synthetic Oils for the US Market
- Castrol Syntec European Formula SAE 0W-30
- Mobil 1 SAE 0W-40
- Pennzoil Platinum European Formula Ultra SAE 5W-30
- Valvoline SynPower SAE 5W-30
Use only synthetic oils with an API rating of SM or higher.

Was just curious if there is a good website to go with to get the good stuff, at a good price. Thanks! Also curious if there's anyone around here who actually waits until Mini says to change the oil (over 10K miles between changes).

I purchase the 5 quart jug of Mobil 1 0-40 European Blend @ Walmart for 24.99. The best price I've found. Hopefully you have one locally. Buying online is expensive with shipping.

+1 for Mobil 1 0W-40

I also purchased the Craven dip stick and my 2 cents worth, its better than the stock unit but not worth $75.
I still find it a little difficult to read the oil level especially after an oil change.
I would have preferred if the Craven dip stick would have come with a flat tip with small holes to read the oil level.

Who said you can't use AMSOIL in your BMW? AMSOIL makes some of the best stuff. I use it right now in my '12 CMS. If you look for other posts about AMSOIL, you will notice a lot of people use it and it actually does protect these engines very well. I just don't follow AMSOIL's recommended interval. I stick with a 5k interval change, but that is just me. I know for sure AMSOIL doesn't offer filters for our cars though, so I just buy mine at the dealer.
