R53 driving and fog light question

I've done a quick browse and haven't found anything specific to my needs so I'm hoping a post here will allow me to find the answers I want!

I've had my MCS (used) for about a week now and the driving lights in the grille don't work and the fog lamp on the passenger side doesn't either. The toggle switch for the fog lights illuminates and so does the (assuming factory installed?) driving lights switch. So I know power is going to the switches at least.

I have a multimeter so I'd like to know what wires I should check next. I'm about to go check all the fuses after I post this.

I'm going to check for continuity but not sure from what points I should check.

Any advice would be appreciated and if I should check for any resistance on the lines that would be helpful too.

Thanks in advance!

Edit: Mods can you please move this to the electrical section (where I intended to post it)

Factory driving lights only work with the high beams on. The fog light just sounds like a bulb out.

Well that's embarrassing...

Driving lights came on with high beams as expected, on the passenger side only. Hoping it's only the light that needs replaced and not the whole unit. Anyone know the replacement off the top of their head? Same question for the fog light on the pass side...

I've looked more and I feel like a huge dummy. Is the driving lamp a 2 piece thing? (Number 2 in the picture). I've taken the screw out of the bottom but can't get to the bulb. It'll rotate CCW but I don't want to twist it too much for fear of breaking something.

I have the fog bulb out FWIW

I don't think it twists. IIRC the front fascia just lifts out, then you can get access to the bulb.

Oh man. Tell me you're kidding. It just pulls off?

See 'figure 58' here: http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/MINI/52-ELEC-Driving_Light_Installation/52-ELEC-Driving_Light_Installation.htm
for a view of what it looks like when the front ring is removed.

I'm dumb. There's a little lip at the 12 o'clock position on the housing that I wasn't aware of.
