squeak coming from serpentine belt
Hi everyone I have a 05 s and it started having a terribly loud squeak coming from the belt area. Can anyone give me suggestions on what it might be. It has a alta 15% pully. squeaking starts when applying gas

could be your belt slipping, can you see how many holes are visible on the tensioner? does it smell like hot rubber a lot of the time? do you know how much boost you are seeing? how long have you had your pulley?

^^ + 1 -Check that stuff.
Sounds like the belt is too long....90% chance a new, shorter belt will fix it....
The other 10% of items would be things like pulley was not put on tight enough, poor belt/pully alignment...even a bad tensioner....or bearings on a pulley...
So do the simple, MOST COMMON stuff first...the belt....
