Regrettably, after many miles of enjoyment, some headaches and troubles here and there, we made a last minute decision to part with our 07 R56. Unfortunately we sunk 3k dollars into upgrading parts and fixing it up about 1500 miles ago, but knowing that at bare minimum it needed a valve cover, SZL sensor, and a few other things and after chasing a p28AA code for a while we had to cut our losses. I don't know why i am trying to justify to myself trading in the car in a for sale thread but at the end of the day its done, theres no going back, and there will be a 335 in its spot this weekend

Anyway, i have for sale an assortment of parts that i managed to save before turning the car in. Had i had more time the K04 hybrid would have come out but it was literally an 8 hour part out and i didn't have much in the way of stock parts to work with

1st item-
Alta Accessport for n14 powered cars. We all know what this is, one of the only options for tuning these cars and by far the easiest. You can't beat them in terms of bang for the buck. The single best mod you can buy for the money. This one is used with some minor wear on it, it was used in the real world so i will price it below what i see the flawless examples for. This isn't really a wear and tear item so if you dont care about a few nicks you can save a hundred dollars or so

2nd item-

Riss Racing catless downpipe. Fitment on this one was pretty good...i know they can be hit or miss. This has 1100 miles on it but the paint they use is pretty crappy so it was ugly after 200. 2nd step in making big power after a tune. WILL throw code without accessport or some form of code clearing. Shifts the powerband a little bit higher in the rpm range but the gains are undeniable

Chinese Aluminum Inlet Pipe

Never used ebay aluminum inlet tube. Paid 120, comes with all necessary couplers and clamps. Decent Fitment when test fitted. Ending up not clearing with the bigger turbo though. Not sure what the gains are if any besides sound

ESM 004 Wheels (LM rep) 17x8 silver et20! with Kumho Ecsta LE 205/45/17 tires like new barely any wear, 1100 miles on them. Tires have some wear from scraping on rear plastics. These will clear with some dremeling on the plastic parts. About as aggressive as you can go with any sort of ride quality. Just spent 1100 on these and they have no curbing, no bends, they are basically new

Rear sway bar is actually for r53 which was brought to my attention by a member...I guess they sent the wrong one. Glad that i never got around to attempting the install

Sorry to bother but I just purchased a 09 JCW R56.
I have a K04 turbo that I wan going to put on.
With the AP, did you niggly little problems I see you mention a fault code that could not be remedied.
I'm a little worried about going this route especially that AP is no longer supporting

I had a few problems with my setup but in reality i think that these were due to things other than the turbo upgrade and accessport. I had a bypass valve error that would cause the car to go into limp mode but i am reasonably sure it was related to something other than the bypass valve...my valve cover was warped and had a tiny hole melted into it by the oil line and there was a crack in my intake manifold and i am leaning towards that as a possible cause. Also i had a broken guide rail on my timing chain tensioner and a bad steering angle sensor. So there was a lot going on with the car. The only problem that i had that i would relate to a tune was back when i was running the first gen Unichip so i think with AP you should be good to go. Even though its not supported anymore its still a viable tuning method
