I hate these rear head rests... How can I have them go down all the way? With previous MINIs I had to remove a ring from one of the rails, but on PM there is nothing on it...
Or, is there a way to remove them all together?...

If they are the same as on the CM (and I suspect they are), there is a push button on one side and a very small hole on the other side. Use a small, skinny thing to push in the release in the little hole at the same time as you push in the button. You can either lower all the way or remove them.
