Close out the 3-day weekend with a visit to the food trucks at Prospect (in Longmont). Gonna get a taste of my favorite - Waffle Cakes - and their special pumpkin pie cheesecake waffle cake

Hours are 5:30pm - 8pm this Monday night (Sept. 2) and they supposedly have free music.

I was there too. Sort of. I live in Prospect and parked my "for sale" 2005 MCS next to Ques coffee shop. One of y'all left a MINI 5280 card on my window and even went to the trouble of finding my car on Graig's List. It is my wife's CL account so she got your nice email.

That was me!!! I actually saw your MINI before on Craigslist (always searching for MINI parts) and coincidentally saw your MINI at the food trucks. I saw 2 other MINIs there and left them cards too :-)

 

Ok. I just signed up to be a new member again.

 

Sorry I missed you. We probably have a dozen MINIs in Prospect. My '02 MC was the first.
