Drivetrain transmission sticking between 30mph and 40mph

transmission sticking between 30mph and 40mph
I have a 2006 Mini Cooper Sport Automatic and recently noticed that when I excellerate it wants to stick between 30mph and 40mph. I hade the transmission serviced. Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else? Is it me?
