Non runflats in 19" JCW CM

I have a 2013 JCW CM with 19" rim + runflats. I' m wondering if anyone has installed non runflats on same size rim and how it came out. Thanks!

I have a 2013 CM JCW with 19-inch rims. After 1000 miles, I swapped out the run flats with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S All-Season tires. What an improvement in handling and noise!! And I can use 'em in the snow as well!!

To compensate for the lack of run-flatness, I have a Conti Comfort Kit that I stick in the flat load floor in the rare case of a blowout.

My 2013 CM is brand new and has the 18" 5 spoke sport wheels with run flats. I think we all understand that road noise is a problem with our cars, so if I consider swapping out the RF for the all seasons, how much of a reduction in road noise can I expect?
