does ANYONE know if these will fit our can steer me in the right direction

I really like the stance Encore wheels can anyone tell me if they would fit and if not what is a set up I could use to get them to fit

They will fit but they will stick out slightly past the edge of the wheel well.

You think I will have a rubbing issue with lowering Springs?

Depends on how low you go. You will most liekly need to trim the inner fender.

You should be OK. You still might have to trim inner fender lip.
