Got my template made now to make the actual one and then polish to look like crome

pretty cool, how thick is the plate? i did the same thing. you can see it in my build thread(in my sig)

Its 1/8th inch thick this was just a template to grt all the notching dobe the actual onr will come all the way out to the bumper

What does this do ?
Is it supposed to prevent air turbulence through the radiator ?

Im a fabricator I used a band saw the have at the shop then used a sander to polish out the rough saw markes then wet sanded the scratches then polished it on a bench grinder
