Navigation & Audio Nav computer crashed on the way tow work, anyone else?

Nav computer crashed on the way tow work, anyone else?
I was driving to work today, minding me own biz, in my '12 vert. All the sudden the screen in the speedo, flashed and boom, mini logo. The in dash computer just crashed... Nothing special going on, just nav screen with radio on... Radio did not stop, but them again was not listening to satellite.
Ever happened to anyone else?
