Headlights stuck on

So i have noticed when i try and connect my blackberry to my bluetooth in the mini it says there was an error (my phone used to connect to the bluetooth) and then my headlights stay on when in the off position... i brought it to the dealer and they couldnt find anything, does anyone have the same problem?

Try checking your settings you might have the DRLs on which leaves the headlights on full power.

Check to make sure under your settings that Daylight running lights is not turned on. Also it might need an update of the software or a hard reboot
