We will be meeting up with you were hwy 35 meets I-59 about 8:30.

 

Might be more like 8:45, but lets plan to leave Fort Payne by 9:00

See you then. I have print-outs of the route my map software has calculated for everyone in the caravan.

Also, remember to bring FRS radios if you have them and please give me a cell phone number if you use one.

My wife and I had a great time even though we were only there until Friday. Thanks for leading us to the Dragon, Andrew, it's nice to know something that fun is so close. Since it's not too far, maybe I'll get up there more often. Preferably during Chevy Chevette Rallies as I'm sure I could keep up with atleast half of them.

Thanks to all Alabama MINI's for making the trip together to the Dragon so much fun.

My fun on the Dragon ended when I returned to Fontana to discover that I had lost a brake pad on the rear. 3 out of 4 pads were just fine, so something must be going wrong with the caliper.

So I rode the tow truck to Atlanta and am awaiting a call to find out when my MINI will be ready for more dragon slaying.
