My order was declined 12 hours after i made it, I tried contact wmw but no replys since monday.
Tried ordering again without luck, ( i order a lot online so it must be wmw dealing with problem).

Way will not sell to anyone outside of the USA. They were burned a number of times on international sales and decided to no longer allow it. I see you are in Iceland, so you will have to find another source for your products.
Try having a friend that lives in the states to order for you and then have him or her ship them to you. there should be a way around it ( no pun intended )

Maybe a prepaid, no recourse deal if you call them...they have been burned by fraud so many times......
Do tell.

Way Outta Line ?
Please don't throw a veiled comment out there and then not give us the full details. Inquiring minds want to know.
While you might want to know, this really isn't a place to just flame a vendor for no real reason. Way may not rub everyone the right way or they are off-put by his very straightforward attitude, but unless he ripped you off I think we need to save the stories for later or another place.
FWIW, he did express a low enthusiasm for Alta tuning, as did I since I was never entirely happy with their idle stability issue and have since sold the Accessport.
Rather than Way Motor Works, I chose to work with Evolve tuning. Their operating hours are limited to UK or California time but they have gone above and beyond to explain their product to me and have thorougly covered a few issues that came up - mainly due to a faulty ECU that was replaced under warranty. Their service, attitude and follow up were superb.
Have also had some experience with DDMworks. I also found them to be over the top on customer service and support as well as more than willing to discuss tuning options and make recommendations. I would do business with them again the second I needed out of warranty service or a performance part.
If expressing a vendor preference due to the personal experience is bashing, then so be it. I have always taken the position that customer service, when it is provided, is part of the value in dealing with a service provider. If the value, perceived or otherwise is not there, then I shop elsewhere and share the experience.
Simply didn't like his attitude. Parts orders and delivery were never issues but when we started to have a conversation about spending more money and tuning, he didn't seem interested so I wasn't either. He obviously knew more than I did so I let it go at that without letting on what I do for a living. His philosophy seemed to be that agressive tuning was for his cars, not his customers so I left it at that.

I agree, from what I understand they are a small operation and a repair shop at the same time, I bought from him, called him asked a question got the sense that they were busy said thanks for the info and hanged up no extra chit chat if it was a bigger place with a dedicated person for the answering question session that would be another story, the fact that he like Helix and ECS pop up here from time to time to offer help that's good customer service in my book.
