Lower Control Arm Bushing Advice

I recently brought my 06S with 60,000 miles to the dealer for an alignment due to uneven tire wear (I know its $$ but there are no other shops in the area I can trust), roads in Indiana have massive potholes that are virtually unavoidable, crashing into a deep water filled pothole has caused my car to pull slight right.

They have since informed me of the following...
Lower control arm bushings are torn and require replacement.
Tie rod adjustment bolts are seized and therefore are nonadjustable and require replacement.
Power steering cooling fan is seized.
Power steering pressure and return lines are seeping.

Thousands of dollars later they say it can all be replaced by them, not going to happen...

After research on WayMotorWorks website I have found the parts I need for the primary concern being the LCA Bushings. This is where my questions begin...

Obviously dropping the subframe will make this process the easiest and the only option if I want to get all these things done at one time. I am aircraft mechanic so I have plenty of tools and mechanical know how to get this done but a good comprehensive write up would be much appreciated as I do not want to make any costly errors, I have searched the forum, yielding only dismal results.

While I have the subframe removed should I go ahead with other bushings and ball joints at the same time? I see the Powerflex kit from Way with all the parts needed and other posts seem to recommend this. In doing the other parts are there any special tools that I might require? I have read a few things about special tools in regards to the ball joints? Obviously with the subframe removed the best choice from Way is the Powerflex pre-pressed bushings and this will be my purchase to make things much easier.

I plan to replace the front sway bar bushings at the same time as they are the same bolts as the LCA bushing brackets. Are there any other bushings or common issues that I should address while everything is apart?

As far as the tie rods go I have not been able to locate a good write-up on this, anyone have any advice or a good location on the how-to?

From what I have gathered the power steering pump cooling fan does not require much work to get off and replace (can be done without dropping the sub-frame)?

The seeping lines are a brainless swap unless there is something I have overlooked…

Anyone out there with helpful hints or any good tips, please let me know, I will try to post pictures and do a complete how-to.

I will be trying to get my list of parts to order and calling Way to place the order next week.

I recently had the Way - LCA prepressed powerflex bushings + front sway bar bushing + ball joints installed -- really tightens up the front end -- my non-dealer installer charged me for a little over 3 hours for the install

I seem to remember there being a youtube video showing the installation of LCA bushings. You might look there....at least you'll have a visual of how they go in.

BTW, are you in Indy?
