You could relocate said sensors.
THAT being said, my 2006 is equipped with TPMS. I did not relocate them, and have no issues. I check my tire pressure every month regardless!

Your car does not need TPMS, it uses a sensor in the wheel hub which detects when the tire pressure is low when the wheels are not spinning at the same speed and does not use a sensor in the wheel.

it is "TPMS" but it is not the typical set up you see with sensors inside the tire. Your sensor is mouted outside of the tire/rim and counts tire RPM and will alert when one changes significantly. Most TPMS has a sensor attached to the valvestem which monitors actual pressure and can report psi. ours cant. it is more the equivalent of a dummy light

the 05=06 do not have tpms. it isn't inside the tire.
