I know this is totally subjective but I thought I would take a poll. I have all black Countryman S. I want to change my side mirrors to either blackjack flags and also change the rear view insert or should i change to JCW package with red mirrors and red air ducts. What does everybody think?

I would go with the "Black jack"

 

It all depends on the colour of your MINI, but it boils down to what you like best.

 

Your dealer probably has the Blackjack mirror caps in stock, so why not try those first. If that's not what you had in mind, order the red pieces. You can sell the ones you don't like on the marketplace here.

That said, my personal vote is go red.
