Running coilovers without camber plates?

Anyone done this just to lower the car and keep a somewhat good ride VS springs?

Maybe i'm missing something....i thought most coilovers have built-in camber adjustments....pretty much built in camber plates...

@ZippyNH I think more CO's come without them then with.

I have H&R's on mine and while I have adjustable plates i don't have them installed yet. Still on the factory mounts at the moment.

I've been running coilovers for years with the stock strut mounts. No problems thus far.

I would run the IE fixed camber plates or the guy on ebay's plates to protect the strut tower from mushrooming.

Depending on low you go with it you may want to have some adjustability in camber to keep from having a bunch of neg. camber and wearing out tires on the inside. Atleast for the rear tires.. Not sure if lowering it effects the front camber as much as it does the rear? From the factory there is virutally no adj for it.. A very small amount in the rear I believe..
