R56 NM spring help
NM spring help
2011 NM Spring install, along with TSW sway bar, and H-sport camber arms. All purchased at Way Motor Works.
After install, there is a soft knocking coming from the rear suspension. Seems to be on the right side, and only occurs during slow bumps, or when just starting from a stop.
Have looked for things touching, rubbing, hitting, both with the car on a lift, and with the suspension loaded on ramps. Can't find anything obvious. Sways are close to the springs, but the sway bar appears to be able to move through its entire range of motion without touching the springs. Can't see anything else touching.
Only thing I DO see is that the top three coils of the rear springs do touch with the suspension loaded, but I imagine that's why they come with the rubber sleeves, to prevent noise.
Other than changing springs, just to see if that's the issue, anyone run into this, and have suggestions?
Thanks

Thanks, but believe me, there's plenty of grease. We drilled out the bushing holes, and overdid the grease, if anything.
End links look, and feel, plenty tight. Don't think that's it. Didn't use adjustable links, and they do push the bar up slightly, but nothing dramatic.
