Exhaust Depot DP N18 engine

Hello all,

I am currently interested in knowing if this DP, http://exhaustdepot.net/exder56do.html , would fit a 2.5" custom exhaust and if it would still throw a CEL for the N18 engine? I know from some people would have it for their N14 engine they have had no CEL show up. I am curious about it because I seen someone here on NAM sell it for a good price. Now I am wondering if it will sound good with a magnaflow muffler I have yet to put on, and will it sound good with an automatic.

Thank you very much and look forward to answers of people who have this DP.

Rob

It still doesn't answer my question if it'll throw a CEL with my N18 engine. I know most do but I've read those a while ago. And I've read that the catless fits the 3" and I believe the high flow DP fits a 2.5" good too.

I'm gonna say yea, the parameters on newer ECU's are pretty strict.

Plus people have reported CEL's with it. You'd probably have a better shot if you had an early 07.

+1

That's what I have and it works like a charm.
No need for finicky spacers and such for the O2 sensor.

Or for Exhaust Depot stuff....

Spacers on the other hand... In my case meaning wheel spacers. Mr. NewCooperFanatic, if you wouldn't mind giving your opinion, please go here and scroll to the bottom.
