Loose inside passenger handle trim

Hi all,

Took my son to school today, and in his hurry to get out, he yanked the passenger handle trim loose. This is the silver part with the small speaker enclosure around the actual handle. Do you think its broken, I snapped it back in but it still seems a little lose. Should I put some mild adhesive between it and the door panel?

I would not advise gluing it to the door panel if you remove it again and check the clips one may have broken and you can possibly glue that back together otherwise replace it if it bothers you enough

I will check it out this weekend, and maybe use some industrial strength double sided tape if needed

Its not to hard to replace the part and contains little snaps on the back. It just snaps into the door. To get it to stay flush against the door panel you can replace it. There is trim for MINI with the H/K and for stock speakers

Passenger side : stock speakers

Passenger side : H/K speaker system

Thanks
