I have a question about an accessport. I have a buddy that had an evo and sold it. On his evo he used an accessport. Yesterday I was talking to him about the awesome performance that it does in a mini r56. He told me I have one and I don't use it, if you want it I can sell it to you and I told him let me ask the guys if I can reprogram the accessport to fit my R56. I don't have any problem if the cable doesn't fit because I can borrow one from another friend, but still it doesn't have the same program. That's why I'm asking you guys. If I can reprogram it to my mini cooper I'll not hesitate to buy it because of the low price he is asking for it.

Nope, absolutely no way to do that. You need to buy a MINI specific accessport reflash tool.

 

That would be a no. Not vehicle brand interchangeable. But feel free to contact Cobb and ask them.
