radio screen blank...

Hi, i'm new in the MINI world. I have 2011 R56 JCW, and it's got some issues with the radio screen. It shows nothing. the radio works fine, and radion control buttons are fine. I already replaced the whole unit along with the cable between the radio and radio screen (on speedometer), but it didn't help. Any suggestions? I've attached the picture of the screen.

Are you in the U.S.? A dealer should repair it for free under warranty (you don't have to be the original owner) if the car has less than 50K miles.

You have a 2011 without a warranty? How come?

I just had the radio on my 2009 replaced under warranty for a similar, but different, issue. No display at start-up, slow display after a few minutes but no radio sound. Stop/restart cleared it after a few miles. This happened twice on cold mornings.
