Jackie Cooper MINI of Okla City has a very good selection of the regular MINI's and the MCS in stock at MSRP. The dealership just opened a few weeks back so MINI supplied them with lots of units to start with.

Okla City is pretty much located in the center of the USA so perhaps you folks out there looking to buy a MINI should check this dealership out. West coast or East coast is only about 1500 miles either way. It could be worth a call.

Have you had a chance to check out their service department? I am moving there in a month or two and hope they aren't lame.

 

pezboy, nope I haven't needed to use the service dept yet. Jackie Cooper BMW has been here in the OKC area for many years but I don't anything about how good the service is on the BMW line or how the new MINI service will be.

When I first moved back here, I went down and met the service manager and got a tour of the new sales and service area. Like you, I hope they provide great service because they are only about six or so miles from my home. :smile:

 

Yeppers Jackie Cooper Mini Is the place, I'm getting mine from Chad. Nice guy I'll add. Spoke with the owner once, Jack, sounds like a real nice person. I'll be there in 2 weeks to pick up my MCS. Last I spoke with Chad he said they have over 20 MC in stock & lots on the way.

I had my MCS in to Jackie Cooper this week for service. Mainly squeaks and rattles plus trying to deal with a cracked/pitted windshield. While they didn't get everything fixed the first trip, it was primarily due to the intermittent nature of the issues. They were helpful, explained the issues, and took time to test drive the car with me to try and get things worked out. I feel like they are trying very hard to make the customers happy, but they are, by their own admission, still learning. At this time they do not have loaner cars for MINI service, but due to the trouble in getting my car completely fixed, they agreed to get me into a loaner for the next trip, which will this coming week.

As for inventory, they had lots of MCs, but not a single MCS. The only MCS they had was not available to drive since they are installing a JCW kit. So, it will be a great spot for people to visit for a test drive, although I would wait until they also have another stock MCS for direct comparisons.
