Presets Dissapear

I purchased my Countryman in August.

Once I have had the door lock and light preset go away.

Three times now I have had my radio presets go away. The first time things returned to normal in a day. Teh last two time I have had to go and reset everything.

Has anyone else had this happen? Is there a fix for this?

Same here, not sure why it happens. Usually they come back after I turn the car off

Each key has it own radio presets. Are you using the same key? Maybe there is a problem when the car recognizes what key it is. Every once in a while I use my wife's key and she has not set the presets yet, just listens to Sirius. I get confused for a quick second then realize whats going on.

Part of that makes sense as I keep the key fobs in the same place.

The last time I lost the presets, I only lost the satellite radio presets.

I think it's the keys. This happened to me once when I used my "spare" key.

Zaftig does this occasionally. I always use the same key set, but he's got a mind of his own. I've posted before that he's also a homophobe. If I'm listening to Out Q and turn the car off, he'll frequently reset to NPR or country music when I start back up.

This has happened to me a few times. If it does not recognize my key (when in my pocket), I just insert the key into the physical slot (whatever that's called) and my presets come back. There's a bug here somewhere.

Sealy, you really crack me up. Lucky for me, Butch seems to like our music.

You are correct! I couldn't understand why my doors weren't locking automatically. I used my other key and it worked. Thanks!
