I ordered my new set of Dunlop Direzza ZII (215/45/17) Sunday night while watching the Super Bowl.

They just arrived at the installer, that's less than two days later, no special shipping charge, nothing extra.

I have to also chime in and agree that the Tire Rack is top notch. They have gone out of their way to help me with warranty issues in the past and customer service is exceptional. I've been buying from them for about 17 years now with consistent great service all those years.

Same thing happened to me when I ordered my winter wheels/tires. Top notch.

 

They are very honest at tire rack. I once ordered some tires for my prior car from them. Someone called and said they weren't suitable for the car, and cancelled the order for me.

 

Really great customer service. I've ordered tires and tire+wheel sets over the years. Couldn't have been easier, especially my winter setup for my mini which was ordered at a steal last September.

 

A set of Wheels and 2 sets of Tires, and a mess of Bulbs, so far. Yep, TireRack is an outstanding company to do business with. My last set of Tires I was not able to order from Alex, he was on Vacation, but the Customer Service Rep. I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly!!

I ordered tires last month and they got delivered to Sears in 3 days. Alex even called me up to go over the order with him before it was officially pushed through for shipment as I was ordering a bigger size for my car. Very through.
