Oooh. Bummer. I am so sorry. Glad it was not more serious, although that doesn't help your frustration right now. Hope it all works out well.

Had the same thing happen to me a few years back. I highly doubt there is any frame damage at such a low speed. I'd check your hatch to make sure its still lined up and closing properly as well as to make sure there aren't any creases in the metal wher you may not have noticed you were hit. Also, the impact foam behind the bumper cover may need to be replaced, but the body shop that you go to will take care of it all.

Good luck and hope you're ok.

Sorry this happened to you. You should be fine, but the bodyshop will be able to tell you more when they take it apart.

I had similar happen to me late last year, but it was a chain reaction collision (girl hit the car behind me, which got pushed into my car :( ). As long as the speeds were low, and the bumper took the brunt of the damage, most likely you will only have to have the bumper support replaced in addition to the bumper cover. It's all down to your insurance adjustor and body shop, and how good they are at identifying the damage. Mine was awesome (Farmers Insurance Group) and inspected the car on-site at my work, and in the end, only missed a few fasteners compared to what the body shop had to replace.
