I have a 2004 R50, and I want to change the exhaust on it. Im really leaning toward the Megan Racing catback system, but i was just curious if anyone has ever welded on a universal muffler in place of the stock muffler (say a universal magnaflow). Would it sound good? Would a resonator delete go good with either or? Help is appreciated!

I would recommend doing a youtube search for Milltek Cat Back exhaust. The sounds is terrific and its on my wish list.

 

For the price the Megan Cat back is hard to beat.

 

I think im going to go with the megan catback, ill purchase it from Way as soon as they are back in stock. I was the one that contacted you about it yesterday! :p

 

I was told that I'd have to wait until mid/late February to get my Megan. That was from DetroitTuned. (Who had the best price I could find including shipping) Also check ebay. There's some sellers there who have new systems available also. Might be able to get it sooner.....
