I've emailed them a couple times asking about different products and never got a response. So I can't say it was good or bad, since my possible experience never happened. They have good products though, but it seems it may be better to go through a secondary vendor.

Customer service is good from my experience.

I ordered their M7 ram 2 hood scoop (not as aggressive as the vortex) that I had high hopes for and it was not up to my standards. It looked like it was sitting on top of my hood instead of looking like a factory part flush with the hood. After being disappointed I got a full refund.

Isn't there already a thread about this very subject? Why is it coming up? Did you have a bad experience?

He's local so I've dealt with him in person on two occasions, both positive.
