I took my MCS into DentWizard in Schaumburg, IL a couple days ago
having previous good experience with them on a ding I had on another
car.

The shop in Schaumburg is running under new management "Gary."
My car got dinged at the dealer and they seemed to have done a
half-arsed job of trying to fix it, so I went to Dentward to see if they
could rid the ripple on my passenger door. It's almost invisible, my
wife could not tell that there was a ripple, but I could.

As soon as I pulled up to their shop, Gary came out and asked to pull my
car up. He had like 5 cars being worked on and asked that I setup an
appointment to do the fix. I told him that day was the only day I could
get off that week...then he said, heck then, just pull her into the garage,
he'll fix it right then and there! I explained to him what happened and
he said that it may have been one of his guys that did the work on my car
at the dealership. Giving me the benefit of the doubt, he did the repair
for free!!!

btw, that shop is located about 1/4 mile west of the Golf and Higgins intersection on
HigginsRd. It's between the Subaru dealer ship and Meineki Muffler shop on the
south side of Higgins.

Thanks for the tip! I wonder if they can fix what DentBusters on Barrington Road wouldn't. It's not on my MCS but on our other car. It's around the wheel well and they said they couldn't physically get to it. Strange. I'll try DentWizard. Thanks again.
