Trifecta festival of lights after a brake job

So... I did my front brakes (rotors/pads) & rear pads. I did solder the two wires on together on both brake sensors and that caused the wear sensor light to turn off properly.

I broke the brakes in a little before I headed out to see some friends. I drove a total of 50 miles and then all of a sudden the DSC light flashes and starts cutting power and then the ABS & Tire Pressure light come on.

I know it could be a wheel speed sensor from other posts I've read, but I didn't touch any of them during the process.

Do you think by me just soldering the wear sensors affected anything?

I swear Mini's are just too sensor happy.

Thanks for the help.

Signed-

Maybe relevant maybe not: my FR ABS line ended up coming loose and contacting the crank pulley...which wore through the line and ended up shorting the line causing the same trifecta.

I was on my home at it was dark out so I couldn't check anything. I am going to pop under the wheel wells and see if I can locate any compromised wires/ sensors.

If none of them aren't compromised i'll clean the sensors and use some dielectric grease on them and see how that works.

sounds like a damaged wheel speed sensor

this is telling ABS system there is a problem and tire system one is low . . .

easy to fix is the good news

bad news is unless you can SEE a problem sensor, you need MINI specific diagnostics to ID which one is the problem
