Average engine temperature?

Just wondering...what is the average engine temperature for the Countryman? I have a ALL4S, and it seems to hover around 220 F. I was wondering if this was within the normal range.

Not an all4, but I have an S and mine runs the same, around 220 F. In sport mode, it's around 200F.

I use the MINI Connected app, Driving Excitement. It shows current engine temp, hp and torque.

typically lower engine power will yield more power (to a point) and it also a higher buffer for when your driving hard to where the cooling system has more reaction to increasing water temps. they keep the temp up around 220 for emissions
