please help with fuel pump, 05 MCS

hey everyone! i have a 2005 MCS R53
my fuel pump isnt working, not sure if its cause of an electrical failure or the pump itself.

engine Cranks but wont fire/turn over
cant hear the pump "pumping"
yes theres gas in the tank

Today i put in a new fuel pump from the how-to that was posted and still the pump doesnt move. i let it initialize by turning the key back and forth before firing and it still doesnt fire, only crank. so i guess its electrical?

I also have a brand new battery and also had it tested; its got max voltage and cranking amps.

I have also checked the fuse on the drivers left panel: F37 (20 amps) and thats fine.

is there another fuse i should be checking? also, where is the fuel pump relay located in an 05MCS?

any help, pictures, links would help a lot.. im headed to work and will be back in a few hours. thanks ahead of time!
