I ordered my 2013 MCS last Friday and I didn't notice then but when I looked at the order sheet, they added destination charge on top of msrp.

Now, when I checked miniusa website, found out msrp includes destination + handling charges.

What gives? did you guys paid this fee on top of msrp? or is this normal transaction

 

I was called by the dealer letting me know the destination is now part of the 2013 model. It is no longer an added cost on top of the MSRP. However there is a 2013 model sheet for the Countryman posted here someplace that shoes the $700 charge as on top of the MSRP. So, who knows if it is part of the MSRP or not.

 

Looking at the "Vehicle Inquiry Report" for my 2012 MCS from earlier this year:

MSRP of 23,100
Destination charge of 700

Total of 23,800 which was what was listed on MINIUSA at the time as "base MSRP".
