I really wish I could have made it today but it was my son's last soccer game at 8:30.

Thank you for letting us know about this weekly meet up! I will most likely be there next Saturday.

Question: Do any "runs" ever spawn from these meets? Although I absolutely love talking cars, I like driving even more. I'm actually free now if anything is going on.

We've only had the meet going for about 2 months now, but in that time we've done a Hwy 25 cruise and a cruise to the APR Motorsport BBQ in Auburn.

Today was a nice turnout, and we found a new and BETTER portion of the parking lot to park. (Check out the FB page for details.) Sorry that you couldn't make it out, but that's the beauty of it being a weekly occurrence... I've seen some nice Mini's driving around the B'ham area, so be sure to spread the word!

Also, today we discussed some upcoming events that we'll be involved with (toys for tots, dyno day, poker run, etc.) So there are good things in the works!

 

I will try to make it one of these Saturdays, depending on my work schedule. Thanks for the invite

I'm not really sure how it happened, but the first post on this thread got removed... So I just posted it in the middle somewhere.

 

We have a birthday party to go to at 1 so I won't make it this week. Hopefully next Saturday. You guys keep the rubber side down.

Are we meeting Saturday? Wasn't sure with it being so close to the holiday. My cousin may be bringing his suped up Miata.

 

Sorry, I don't monitor the various Cars & Coffee threads that are posted (there are over 10). And the Facebook page alone is like a part-time job.
The Cars & Coffee meet is every weekend, rain or shine. So we'll be out there.
Seriously though, follow along on the Facebook page. Has all the most up to date info, such as if there's a cruise, etc.

We are presently seeking "Community Leaders" within different vehicle classes that are interested in showing their full support for Birmingham Cars & Coffee. (We intend for the term "Community Leaders" to be taken somewhat tongue-in-cheek.)
In this case, the Mini crowd is what we're lacking, so if you're interested then please come out on Saturday and talk with us about it!
