Newly modded MCS 2005 - any other suggestions?

I recently ceased my MCS - bearing went in crankshaft - so I decided to make some mods to car. I have put in a new crankshaft in (of course), RMW head, RMW street cam, a Sprintex supercharger, Unichip and a GP intercooler. I already have the Miltek header and cat back exhaust, MSD ignition, Sprint boost and JCW air intake. Any other suggestions?

The only thing you hav'nt mentioned would be injectors, unless you got them as a pkg. w/ your Sprintex, can't do much more than that, just tuning & pulley swaps.

Have Fun.

Good point. i forgot to add that I have upgraded the JCW 380cc injectors to 450cc. Upon rebuild (the block is being machined) I am having it tuned (not a Jan tune but a tune nonetheless). I am a little unsure about what pulley swaps I can do with the Sprintex system...any idea?

The Sprintex kit comes with a 69mm pulley, which will give you in the upper 15's as far as boost goes, there is also 2 smaller options, 64mm & 60mm (low 17's / high 18's) you already said you're getting a custom tune, so the unichip is outta there. (good). The only thing about the smaller pulleys is that there's enough of a jump in boost that they would require additional tuning for either one.

Us original owners all started with the 69mm pulleys & changed after break in, but because there have been no issues with the S/C's some of the newer owners are diving right in with the smaller pulleys right away, that would have to be your descision.

If I may take this a little out in left field if you haven't already fully installed the crank/ rotating assembly, I would send it out to be cryo'd to strengthen it up by making the grain more uniform, and have the rods lightened, and the whole assembly balanced. Also, upgrade to studs for the head.

With all of those mods performed, you'd amplify the reliability ten fold, and performance slightly.

Here's a couple videos form a guy on Youtube that I'm looking to use for my 3800 build.

and here's a couple sites with some info on cryogenic freezing parts.

I have JCW suspension - which seems to do the trick. I have new Wilwood big brakes and new 18" continental extremes ...which are sitting on some sweet rims.

If you like it, i'd stick with it. A slightly larger adjustable rear swaybar might give you a bit of flexibility, and makes turns a bit more fun!!
Sounds like a fun ride!
