These are at my buddys tire shop in Eastlake, Ohio. I can try and get over there but doubtful to grab some pics. I can assure you though that these are in excellent condition and have 9.5/32nd tread remaining. They are also Blizzaks and are the runflat version.

 

If you could just figure out what style wheel it is, that would be fine. Thanks.
