Do you cringe every time you have to pay a shop $100/hr to do something you could easily do yourself, if you only had a place to do it?

I am looking for a partner or two to share rent on a workshop/garage where we can each keep a project car (or two, if they're small) and do our own auto maintenance. I have some leads on great locations in the Hoboken/Jersey City area, within walking distance of the Light Rail. The rent per person would be <$500/mo, with a target of no more than $300/mo. The workshops are in mixed-use residential areas, not in a burned-out heavy industrial wasteland.

Preferential treatment will be given to those into classic cars, especially of theBritish persuasion. Rice-boys and Fast-and-Furious types need not apply.
