I can't seem to find the SRS Diagnostic port (round connection). I remember seeing pictures of in a thread a year or so ago but for the life of me I can't remember where or even its location. I've tried searching but all I come up with is people complaining about airbag lights and nothing to clear it. Well I bought a cheapy one to read the SRS code, fix the problem, and clear the code. Anyone can give me a quick point in the right direction?

 

Looks like the guy I was talking to didnt know jack about the mini. The round port is for pre 2000 BMW modles the mini just uses the OBD II port for access. Got the DTC 1006 and now just trying to figure out what that equates too.

BTW the SRS reader I got was from Tmart and runs only about $30. I had 2 codes it cleared both but the 1006 came back as soon as it cleared. The light went out for a few seconds then popped back on with only 1 code instead of 2. So the reader works at clearing SRS codes for sure.

::EDIT:: BTW does anyone know whether its a B, C, U, or P code? Don't think its a P code becaus those are engine, exhaust, and fuel codes normaly but not sure about BMW codes.
