My first REAL video - DMC beat the heat run to Flagstaff

I put together my first real video - several clips and pics I captured on the DMC run to Flagstaff, AZ. I have come to the conclusion that I need to get a GoPro soon ( it's very high on my list ) but in the mean time I am learning how to put video clips together and edit them.

Check it out - it was a fun run !!

Very cool,
The Sedona portion looked fun, awesome scenery.
Sounded like you had walkie-talkies or a CB, ?

Pretty cool - that editing software looks real familiar. The Mac makes it sooooo easy, right? But what's with the Fiat?? Just kidding.

I highly recommend the Go Pro - have had it all summer for all kinds of biking, swimming and kayaking with the kids. Put together a little video this past weekend up at Lime Rock. HERE it is if you want to take a look.

THANKS !! -- We all try and carry frs radios ( walkie talkies ) tuned to the same sub channels - it helps screen out a lot of the other chatter from people on the road.

I just ordered the hero 2 today - a birthday present to myself -- I've had the Imovie on all my mac's but never really used it until now - it is very user friendly!! Now I can't wait till my GoPro gets here!!! The Fiat was an abarth model - we let him tag along - he did pretty good, The only thing he mentioned was that it leaned in the corners more than his old MINI did.

Love your video!!!

ok - got the GoPro!!!

some club members and I did a little run up South Mountain to check out how my new toy worked ( I got the CravenSpeed tow hook mount also ). Don "DB" Burnside came with us ( he's the one who set it up ) he just got new suspension put on his MINI and he wanted to check it out .

So here is the "short" version - I am still working on a better way to carry the gopro around - maybe a mono pod or ? - still to shaky when I am free handing it.
