hi everyone, i have decided to install my second alpine set up in my 2011 mini cooper s. my first set up was 2 alpine amps and a 10'' typr r with the alpine imprint system(witch was a disaster). my new stereo will be rockford fosgates all around with an 1100w amp connected to the rear 6x9's with a high low converter. that with be powering an alpine 12'' type r 4ohm in a ported box.
the door speakers will run off the standard HU. let me know what you think. next week i will be posting pics of the sub and amp install.

i am going to be doing the metra trim piece with the old HU tucked behind the speedo. i am going to use the alpine cde-w235bt head unit. let me know what you think about my set up. ill put pics up of the install and maybe a vid of the aftermath
