Noltec adjustable camber plates / strut mounts

Anyone ever use them? Reviews?

I recently noticed that the rubber in one of my factory strut tower mounts is broken, and the strut tower has mushroomed slightly.

I bought a pair of noltec adjustable strut mounts, but I am having second thoughts on installing them.

Part of me wants to just buy a $40 oem strut mount, fix the mushrooming and install it on that side, instead of changing BOTH sides to install the noltec, thereby saving some money.

Another part of me just wants to leave it as is, and then when I get around to changing the struts or front suspension bushings, then have the mushrooming fixed and camber plates installed.

Any thoughts?

your best bet is to install the noltec plates...

thats going to prevent any further mushrooming... if you get a new oem mount... your just going to continue the mushrooming anyways...

$40 for new mount...

you only paid what $75 for those noltecs from the marketplace...

your saving a whole lot on camber plates... installation should be a breeze too

.. just my suggestion... i bought the other set of noltecs and will be installing when i swap all my new goodies on

Thanks for the feedback!

I did get the camber plates for a good deal, but they were missing some parts and it looks like it will cost me as much as I paid for the plates to get the replacement parts - part of my hesitation.

When do you plan on installing the Noltecs? I would love to hear what you have to say about them.

Thanks!

well i know for a fact that they are good... because I had some on a subie...

we got a great deal because we got the SOLID bushing versus the rubber version... so I have high expectations of these
