Can't stop obsessing!! (and don't even have it yet)
I'm sure I'm not the only one who has done this and from reading the forum I'm sure A LOT of you are in the same boat, but here is my story.
I put a deposit on the Countryman after a few days of obsessing like crazy I call the dealer and have them order me stripes, JCW aero kit, JCW caps/vents and JCW exhaust. I've already ordered (and got) my badge, stubby antenna, Plasti-Dip and the black strip-tape kit for the window chrome strip. Friday can't come soon enough!
It's kind of crazy. I've always been a Jeep guy and have done this with the couple Jeeps I've had before but NEVER thought there would ever be a car that I would have just as much fun obsessing over and ordering stuff and really customizing it the way I want. I'm already looking forward to changing strip colors, working on other cosmetic changes as well as some engine enhancement mods as well.
Anyway, thanks for a great community and can't wait to see what comes down the line for the Countryman!!

Btw where did ya get the strip tape kit for the chrome trim around the cowl?

It is hard to beat the character of a MINI and the community here is awesome! My wait was less than 2 weeks...I can't imagine anything longer than that
