Just buy a remote tune like one that Evolve Automotive offers. Otherwise, you'll be waiting for a tuning party to come relatively close to where you live and who knows how long that will take. The advantage a custom tune will have for your MINI will be barely noticeable compared to a generic tune from a remote device. I know this is hotly debated, but in all honesty I think people really blow this out of proportion.

You are also forgetting one very important mod you need. A bigger intercooler.

It felt wrong to give him the work. im just gonna put in my fmic when it gets here and wait for someone else to figure out the ECU.

My experience with those guys has been on an isolated third party incident where someone brought us a "tuned" car for some dyno runs and bolt-ons performed by Orlando MINIs now defunct performance division. The graph was ok. Just ok. Car made decent power for a 2012 countryman awd on a heart-breaker of a mustang dyno. It sucks you had a less than pleasurable experience. Don't like to drop bad advice. That was just the only one I knew of that could help you in the area.

Why not go Forge? It fits AND it actually bolts in. Way in Atlanta installed mine.
